"My family and I have been loyal customers of State Farm for years, rarely filing claims, including for our home. Recently, my daughter was involved in a no-fault accident that should not have increased our rates, but it did. Additionally, I purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento and added it to our policy. However, State Farm mistakenly added the vehicle under my daughter’s name instead of mine, causing our rates to soar to over $1,000 a month. Despite acknowledging their error, they are unwilling to correct it by issuing a credit or backdating it to when the car was purchased in my name. This is unacceptable and not how you should treat a valued customer of over 17 years. You need to do better, State Farm!"

"Horrible customer service. They have been overcharging for my daughters policy and stated the are working on the issue which has been over a month. Just renewed the policy and still charged the same amount knowing there is an issue. I will be changing my carrier!"
