"My family and I have been loyal customers of State Farm for years, rarely filing claims, including for our home. Recently, my daughter was involved in a no-fault accident that should not have increased our rates, but it did. Additionally, I purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento and added it to our policy. However, State Farm mistakenly added the vehicle under my daughter’s name instead of mine, causing our rates to soar to over $1,000 a month. Despite acknowledging their error, they are unwilling to correct it by issuing a credit or backdating it to when the car was purchased in my name. This is unacceptable and not how you should treat a valued customer of over 17 years. You need to do better, State Farm!"

"I have been with State Farm for years now, and I have no complaints. They take good care of me and are always there when I call. The customer service is great. My rate is amazing and super affordable. I recommend State Farm to anybody who is shopping for insurance! ♡"

"Horrible customer service. They have been overcharging for my daughters policy and stated the are working on the issue which has been over a month. Just renewed the policy and still charged the same amount knowing there is an issue. I will be changing my carrier!"
